IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins and minerals directly into your bloodstream through a small catheter — bypassing the digestive system entirely. At IV Solutions in Pearland, every drip is sourced from compounding pharmacies, formulated per protocol, and placed by ER-trained registered nurses under the standing order of a Texas Medical Board-certified Medical Director. Drips run 30–60 minutes. Most clients notice effects within hours and feel the peak the next morning.

Drip prices include nurse placement, IV bag, ingredients and after-care. Mobile delivery within Pearland and southeast Houston metro is included on most drips; outside that radius adds a small travel fee.

About the drips specifically.
Oral hydration is limited by gut absorption — your body can only take in so much per hour. Oral vitamins are limited further by the digestive process (many vitamins lose 30–80% of potency before reaching the bloodstream). IV therapy delivers fluids and nutrients directly into circulation at 100% bioavailability, working in 30–60 minutes instead of 6–24 hours.
Once a week is typical for wellness goals. Athletes and biohackers sometimes go twice a week. NAD+ runs as a 4-session loading series, then monthly maintenance. We do not recommend daily drips — your kidneys need processing time.
Hydration and B12 effects are felt within 30 minutes. Myers Cocktail and Immunity drips usually peak next morning. NAD+ effects build over a multi-session series. Beauty Glow takes 2–4 sessions to show in the mirror.
Common and brief: mild warmth or flushing, slight metallic taste with B-complex, increased urination after the drip. Rare: bruising at the site, brief lightheadedness. Allergic reactions are very uncommon (under 1%) and our nurses carry the standard reaction kit.
Hydration-only drips are usually fine with OB clearance. Most vitamin protocols are not recommended during pregnancy without your obstetrician's written approval. Always disclose pregnancy at intake.
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme central to cellular energy and DNA repair. Levels decline with age. Most clients report sharper focus, better sleep and reduced "brain fog" after a loading series. It is the most expensive drip on our menu — not because of margin, but because the ingredient itself is costly. We run it slow (60–90 min) because faster infusion causes flushing.
