By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving a treatment from IV Solutions Spa & Wellness, you agree to the following terms.
1. Medical services
All IV therapy, vitamin injection and weight-loss support services are administered under the standing order of a Texas Medical Board-certified physician. Treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are wellness services and are not a substitute for medical care from your primary physician.
2. Eligibility and screening
Every client must complete a pre-treatment intake. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment based on medical contraindications. This includes (but is not limited to) certain cardiac conditions, kidney disease, active infection, recent surgery, pregnancy, and incompatible medications.
3. Appointments and cancellations
- Studio appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before the appointment with no fee.
- Mobile appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before with no fee. Cancellations within 2 hours, or no-shows, incur a $75 dispatch fee.
- Group events (4+ guests) require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
4. Pricing and payment
Pricing on our website is per-protocol and does not include applicable taxes. Mobile delivery within Pearland and southeast Houston metro is included on most drips; trips outside that radius add a flat travel fee disclosed at booking. Payment is due at time of service. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and (where allowed) HSA/FSA cards. We do not bill insurance.
5. Risk acknowledgement
IV therapy involves the insertion of a needle and the administration of fluids and nutrients into the bloodstream. Common temporary effects can include mild bruising at the IV site, flushing, warmth, and increased urination. Rare but serious risks include infection, allergic reaction or vein irritation. By accepting treatment you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical history.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
7. Intellectual property
The contents of this website — text, design, images, and code — are the property of IV Solutions Spa & Wellness or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal non-commercial use.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brazoria County, TX.
